Meet Michelle

Michelle Rocchio

Licensed Insurance & Retirement Planning Agent

When Michelle lost her father, she went through probate and saw what it costs a family when no one has planned ahead. Since then she has helped families around Daytona Beach get ahead of it: steady retirement income, a trust that keeps your estate out of court, and the paperwork to make it hold. Independent since 2010. No sales pressure, no shouting percentages, just a plan you understand.

In a client's words

Knowledgeable, and easy to work with

“Michelle was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She went through everything with me on my annuity and made me feel at ease. I will let friends know she is the one to use.”

How Michelle works

Two things you can count on

The goal is protection and peace of mind: a retirement you can enjoy without checking the market every morning. Getting there rests on two habits that never change.

  1. Education before anything else

Free seminars, plain explanations, and no product talk until you understand the problem it is meant to solve. If the answer is that you do not need anything, that is what you will hear.

  2. Handled in one place

Retirement income, trusts and probate avoidance, and notary work, including remote online notarization, are all handled in house, so you are not chasing three separate offices.

Plain answers

Common questions, plainly answered

Short, honest answers with no product talk. If yours is not here, ask.

(386) 212-9960 Schedule a free consultation
Is the first meeting really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. We look at what you have, talk about where the gaps are, and you decide whether to go further.

Do I need a trust, or is a will enough?

It depends on what you own and how you want it to pass. A will still goes through probate in Florida; a properly funded trust generally does not. It differs for everyone, so we talk it through first. More on estate planning and trusts, and on what probate actually costs.

Are annuities safe?

The honest answer is that it depends on the product and the company issuing it. Some are built to protect principal and pay steady income; others carry more risk. Any guarantee is only as strong as the insurance company behind it, and no annuity is insured by the FDIC or any government agency. We explain the trade-offs plainly before you decide anything.

Can Michelle draft my trust?

No. Michelle is not an attorney. Trust documents are drafted and reviewed by licensed attorneys through the home office we work with. Michelle helps you work out what you need, gathers what the attorneys require, and stays with the process until the documents are signed and funded.

Is Michelle a financial advisor?

No. Michelle is a licensed insurance and annuity professional, not a registered investment advisor and not an attorney. She does not give legal, tax, or investment advice. What she does is explain how retirement income products, trusts, and probate work, plainly, so you can decide with the facts in front of you.

Can you review an annuity or policy I already own?

Yes. Bring the contract or the latest statement. We go through what it pays, what it costs, and what happens to it when you die, so you know what you have before deciding whether to change anything.

Which areas do you serve?

The office is in downtown Daytona Beach and most families come from across Volusia County: Ormond Beach, Port Orange, South Daytona, Holly Hill, New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, DeLand, Deltona, Orange City, and DeBary among them. Further out, we meet by video, travel to you when that is easier, and notarize documents online. See the full list of areas.

I am not in Daytona Beach. Can we still work together?

Usually, yes. Michelle is licensed in Florida, meets by video when that is easier, travels to clients, and can notarize documents online.

Do you offer remote online notarization?

Yes. Florida has allowed remote online notarization since 2020. You verify your identity over a secure video session, sign electronically, and the notary applies an electronic seal. It works anywhere in Florida and is useful when travel is difficult.
